The coffee

Each coffee is the result of intentional decisions, made slowly. We roast to showcase what the green coffee already is — never with espresso or filter in mind — and cup every batch before it leaves the building. Three blends. Five rotating single origins. Drip sachets. Nespresso-compatible capsules.

Roasting approach

A single profile,
cupped & signed off.

We don't roast with "filter" or "espresso" in mind. We roast for the coffee — the unique fingerprint of a specific lot — and let the brewer decide.

Every batch is profiled, cupped at the table, and signed off before it leaves the building. If we wouldn't drink it ourselves, it doesn't reach your cup.
