We roast every day on a Dutch-built Giesen W30 — gas-fired, thirty kilos to the drum. Each batch is profiled, cupped, and signed off before it leaves the building.
Sourcing happens slowly. Three blends and five rotating single origins from farms in Brazil, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala and India. If we wouldn't drink it ourselves, it doesn't reach your cup.

Stopped in at Kiulap on a Saturday morning. Flat white was textbook, the matcha latte even better. Friendly team who clearly love what they do.
Took friends visiting from Singapore here. They were impressed — said it stands up to any specialty café in KL or Bangkok. Lovely to have something this serious in Brunei.
